What does Fast
Connect do?
Moving home or office is a stressful time with a number
of activities to be organised and co-ordinated. Not the least of
which is arranging your gas, electricity and telephone connections
for your new home or office, making all the calls, waiting in the
queues and providing the same information over and over again. Fast
Connect offers you an easy alternative that will save you time and
stress by arranging gas, electricity, telephone, internet and pay
TV to be connected on your behalf at your new address.

How long will it
take to get connected?
For energy supply next day connection can be organised
if your connection request is received by 9:30am the day before.
For example if you wish to have your home connected on Monday, your
connection request would need to be received by Fast Connect prior
to 9:30am on Friday.
Some connections can be organised for a Saturday or on short notice
during the week, however an after hours fee may be charged by the
service provider.

How do I apply
to get Fast Connected?
Simply fill in the online
Fast Connect application form or alternatively you can call
us on 0508 885599 to have an application form faxed to you or contact
your Real Estate Agent.

What happens after
I submit my application?
Once your application is received we will call you to confirm your
details and to ensure we have all the required information to organise
your connections. We may require some additional information depending
upon the services you wish to have connected. It will only take
a couple of minutes to finalise your request.
We will then liaise with your service providers
to organise connection. You will receive a text message or email
from us once we have had confirmation from your providers that will
include dates, reference numbers and your new phone number.

before connection can be provided. If you were to organise connection
directly with your service providers this information would be required.

Is there a cost associated
with using Fast Connect?
No. Fast Connect is a completely free service. You will not incur
any charges from Fast Connect. Your service providers will charge
any normal connection or after hours fees.

Is my information safe?
Your privacy is important. We promise to never use any more information
than necessary to make the connection, and never pass on any details
to any other organisation except where necessary to facilitate the
service, or unless required to do so under law or government order.
